We drove in from Washington State, and our truck broke down 40 miles outside of Bend. Michael, aka Rook, towed our vehicle into town. After dropping our truck off, he then drove us to our hotel. I offered him a tip, but he declined it, saying it was his pleasure just to help us out. He is a fine example of everything good about America. Consolidated Towing is lucky to have such a wonderful person on their staff.
