Payment and Billing

Standard Payment Options

  • Cash (exact amount appreciated, drivers do not carry change)
  • Check (with criteria: local, imprinted, etc.)
  • Visa and Master Card
If paying by credit card, you will be asked for your card information before the service is dispatched. Including card numbers, billing address, and 3-digit CVN numb Direct Insurance Billing
  • Sadly, we can no longer direct bill most insurance companies.
  • If you have this coverage on your policy, you should get reimbursed by your agent right away.

Shop / Dealership Billing

  • For your convenience, we are able to bill most local shops and dealerships.
  • However, they must APPROVE billing through them in advance and authorize acceptance of the tow bill.
  • Be aware that most places will mark up the tow bill if you choose to bill through them for towing.

Non-Consent Tows (Police Impounds, Abandoneds, Hazards, etc.)

  • We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard
  • Please call 541-389-8080 for current charges. If you’re paying with cash, please bring exact change.
  • An after-hours gate fee may apply (4 pm to 9 am, weekends, holidays).
  • Bring proof of ownership (title, registration, insurance, keys, ID).
  • Sometimes a release is required from the police agency who ordered the tow.

Private Property Impounds / Illegally Parked Vehicles

  • We accept cash, Visa, and Mastercard
